The planned office building will be located between the historical city centre of Pécs and the cultural quarter. The area is easily accessible as it is near the city centre’s pedestrian street (Király street), in the block bordered by the streets Zsolnay, Lánc, Koller and Nagy Lajos next to the main road #6. It is also located only a few minutes away from the University of Pécs, the Centre for Learning and the Kodály Centre.
